Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products efficiently.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a high-quality visual presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
