Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operations: Process transactions quickly and accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Inventory: Support stockroom operations, including receiving shipments and replenishing inventory on the sales floor.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure store goals are met during busy weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
