Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards during all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with clear speaking voice
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
