As a Weekend Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the latest trends while maintaining our chic store ambiance. This role offers weekend-only shifts (Sat-Sun 10AM-6PM), allowing you to balance work with your weekday commitments. No nights, no holidays – just rewarding weekend work in the heart of West Hollywood!
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including displays, signage, and inventory organization
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday 10AM-6PM)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
