Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Answer product inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with weekend team for smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to Gateway West location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability (must include weekends)
