Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and display areas to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve weekly targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles location.
