Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling advice
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including window displays and floor sets
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in store events and weekend promotions
- Assist in training new hires on brand standards and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability for weekends and flexible shifts (evenings/holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
