Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon arrival, providing a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, including restocking and organizing displays.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
