Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store floor by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are error-free.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling returns and exchanges with care.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and coordinate with the team on replenishment needs.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks, to ensure store security.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to support daily goals and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a consistent schedule on Saturdays and Sundays (or Friday evenings/Sunday afternoons).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld devices.
- A passion for fashion and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
