Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including merchandise folding and display.
- Point of Sale: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems, handling cash, credit, and returns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves as needed, and report discrepancies or merchandise issues to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company policies and brand standards while interacting with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, POS terminals).
