Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash, and process returns efficiently.
- Support the store manager with opening and closing procedures, including counting drawers and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
