Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide expert product recommendations and assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maximize sales and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 5-6 hours at a time).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally during stocking duties.
