Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and trend awareness
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized visual merchandising
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
