Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Support visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display updates
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in weekend store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn retail operations
