Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently for accurate transactions and returns
- Process shipments, organize stockrooms, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Execute floor recovery and cleanliness protocols to ensure premium customer experience
- Participate in weekend inventory cycles and markdown processes
- Support special weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 11am-5pm)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
