- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
- Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness and organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals
Qualifications
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 20-25 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Drive location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
