Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to company safety and quality standards
- Process deliveries and verify incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
