Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Merchandise products and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support team during peak weekend rushes and special events
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products effectively
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Midtown Manhattan location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
