Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new POS software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
