Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including organizing displays and ensuring product presentation meets high standards.
- Store Operations: Support daily store operations, including stocking inventory, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system, handling returns and exchanges with care.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with inventory counts, price changes, and special event setup as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; a strong work ethic is essential.
- Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude is required.
- Experience: No prior retail or customer service experience is necessary; training will be provided.
