Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Operate inventory scanners and update stock levels in digital systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize restocking tasks
- Maintain clean and safe work environments in storage and sales floors
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising directives to enhance product presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for supply runs if needed)
