Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure all products are rotated and meet freshness requirements
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Provide exceptional customer service during stocking hours
Qualifications
- Early availability (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to West Broad Street location
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
