Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store appearance
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Support special weekend promotions and events
Qualifications
- Available for evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
