Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the stockroom
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work 3-5 AM shifts (4-6 hours daily)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
