Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are organized, clean, and priced correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, as well as occasional weekday shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
