Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized, priced, and rotated correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stockrooms to maintain optimal operational flow.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
- No prior retail experience required; on-the-job training provided.
