Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floorsets, and seasonal displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and markdowns
- Support store operations through cleaning, safety compliance, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in product training and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
