Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS equipment to process cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage cash drawer reconciliation and daily reporting using provided tools
- Maintain organized checkout area and assist with inventory management
- Process returns/exchanges using company-provided equipment and protocols
- Support store operations through stocking and merchandising as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn provided POS systems quickly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
