Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by stocking merchandise, folding clothes, and organizing displays.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately using the POS system, handle cash transactions, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, price changes, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Merchandising: Adhere to visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking professional and appealing to customers.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early shifts or overtime.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and handling cash.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
