Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Manage inventory flow including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment during peak weekend hours
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store presentation
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-5pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Brevard Street location
