Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is pristine and welcoming.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Assist with inventory management, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and comfort with using electronic cash registers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
