As a Weekend Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring seamless store operations. This position requires weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with occasional weekday holiday coverage. We provide comprehensive training, employee discounts, and a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display maintenance
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with holiday availability
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
