Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions
- Maintain pristine store cleanliness and inventory organization
- Upsell products and build customer relationships
- Collaborate with weekend team during peak hours
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including holidays)
- Food handling certification preferred
