Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences across fashion, home, and tech categories
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management protocols
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend rushes
- Drive sales through product knowledge and trend awareness
- Support store operations including stock replenishment and floor maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 11am-5pm)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
- Strong communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
