Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Operate POS system efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and window displays
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and stock organization
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Participate in weekend sales events and product launches
- Process shipments and maintain stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm shifts)
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for POS operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to Music Row location
