Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays according to company standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Operate and troubleshoot basic retail equipment including registers and security systems
- Support store opening/closing procedures and ensure security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4-6 PM to 10 PM-11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
