Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized style advice and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and stock organization
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during operating hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6-8 hours per day)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Must be 18+ years old
