Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized stockrooms
- Execute visual merchandising to enhance store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention
- Participate in weekend floor coverage (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Uphold brand standards and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school student or currently enrolled in college
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
