Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through product knowledge, assistance, and checkout operations
- Maintain store presentation standards including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and visual merchandising
- Process merchandise shipments including unloading, scanning, and stocking inventory
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during peak evening/weekend hours
- Assist with inventory management through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Ensure store safety compliance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age with ability to work flexible schedules including evenings (4pm-11pm), weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to assist diverse customer needs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation for consistent on-time attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
