Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and visually appealing during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold store standards.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
- Support store opening and closing duties, including securing premises and preparing for next-day operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work evenings (4 PMâ10 PM) and weekends, including holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Punctuality and reliability with a strong commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
