Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure displays remain fresh
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in weekend sales events and local community activations
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and tagging new merchandise shipments
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility for training
- Strong communication skills and passion for DC's culture scene
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player mindset
