- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain a clean, inviting store environment during all operating hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
