Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Manage inventory stock through receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Support team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Operate point-of-sale systems and resolve basic customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays 8am-6pm, Sundays 10am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Reliable transportation to N Mesa St location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available for immediate start
