Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Support visual merchandising efforts to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Reliable transportation to our Main Street location
