Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and maintain store presentation standards
- Monitor security protocols and ensure safe operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory management
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and/or nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to cover multiple shifts during peak seasons
