Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including the breakroom and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash handling procedures and manage returns or exchanges with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
