Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including shelf organization and window displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with retail sales and POS systems is a plus.
