Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory counts
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and cleanliness maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist in training new weekend staff members on brand standards and processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transaction systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego location
