Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS systems and mobile devices to process transactions efficiently
- Utilize company tablets for inventory management and product demonstrations
- Assist customers using provided handheld scanners and display equipment
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and maintenance tools
- Process returns/exchanges using provided label printers and verification systems
- Operate provided fitting room systems and garment steaming equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn provided systems
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends with provided uniform
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
