Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to reflect current trends and brand aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, inviting store environment during weekend rushes
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Actively seek upselling opportunities to meet weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, including evenings)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Nashville's downtown location
- Must be 18+ years old
